During pre-teen in the last year of Elementary School that is continued with adolescence in Junior High School, there are significant changes related to student's physiological, emotional, self awareness, and understanding about God's truth and who Christ is.
Prior knowledge acquired during Elementary School is used by Junior High School students to think critically, assess whether certain ideas submit to God's truth or not, and express ideas. Students who had been introduced to school's Vision, Mission, Goals, and Core Values since they first entered this school continue to be more aware about who they are before the Lord, that each of them is unique, fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and understand that God has special plan through each and everyone of them. With Biblical worldview, students have strength to face life issues and challenges, including positive and negative impacts of globalization and the development of information technology and communication. Students learn to be responsible, discipline, self-control, choose what is right, say no to what is wrong, obey to authority, protect those who need protection, and to be blessings in their homes and neighborhood,
Besides having a homeroom teacher as the primary contact to communicate with parents/care givers, each student has a mentor of a small group with whom one will grow together to know God, apply His Word, and to care for, share with, and strengthen each other.
