This school believes that teachers or educators are the spearheads for the success of a school more than sophisticated curriculum, facility, methodology, and teaching aids, therefore this school is committed to continuously develop educators' quality related to their knowledge and relationship with God as the Source of highest wisdom, truth, and knowledge, as well as professionally.
Besides having the opportunity to take training and/or course at qualified institutions, educators are also trained together and individually in-house by professional or subject matter experts in the area of education philosophy, curriculum, teaching methodology, teaching and learning aids, meaningfulness in learning, and counseling.
Every person of foundation committee, board member, teacher, and staff has educator role.
